The world's greatest criminal mind.
And here is my take on him.

I miss you Vincent Price.

Alright Dirk seeing that you wish for this piece to be critiqued then so be it.

Your take on Ratigan is simply amazing, you managed to summarize his personality in a single pose and your take on him is both on and off model which is a great achievement when developing a personal style. Your use of line variations helps create a solid, dimensional form.

But if you wish for me to be nit-picky the way you've positioned his arm that's holding the bell feels somewhat off but to be honest it does however add the surreality that you brought into the design of Ratigan.

Hope I have been of great help.

One of the greatest (and underrated) disney villains of all time. no one couldhave pulled off his persona better than Vincent Price's voice.

Same could be said for Glenn Keane, the animator who brought this mad character to life! Nobody else could have pulled off such a great performance like he did. I especially love how he sheds off the aggressive gentleman look in the end battle and exposes his true rabid colors, it's as if they were also doing a Disney version of Jekyll & Hyde!
