The line work is superb and well done, the definition of the subject is shown nicely and in character, that being said there is only one complaint I have and it would be the negative space is a bit much, its a minor annoyance though as the rest of the drawing is nicely done, I can't personally imagine the lines anymore defined in character.
The colors have a very earthy feel, I can feel the age of the buzzer. if anything I think coloring slightly on the background would have eliminated that space, that or have the wings drop a bit, personally I do like this, the space was just my minor complaint. I've got to known your work through the years and know you to usually fill the background with an element that compliments the drawing.
Overall I don't mean that this a bad sense, the rest of the drawing is masterful and the line definition is gorgeous.
Such an incredible display of unsightly, elderly-looking detail. That domelike head, somehow both bald and hairy, reminds me of Professor Farnsworth, as does that neck. Those unbelievably skinny legs seem to go on forever, and, by the looks of it, it's possible he might be eating one of his own kind, judging by the similar thickness of that twiglike bone. That beak is sharp, and rugged, like an obsidian lance head, and those are some great feathers.

Dirk, I really like how you play with your spaces. This is fantastic so simple. I also love those nice little touches you add to the background like the little sunset.
